A combination of individual or group coaching and training can help your star performers increase their confidence and be better prepared for the new situations and expectations that they will encounter in their next role in your company. A 6-month Emerging Leader Program for up to 8-10 people is also available to prepare your organization for growth or succession planning. It includes 6 monthly workshops on topics critical to emerging leaders and 6 monthly coaching sessions. Each participant will develop and present their own personal leadership model at the completion of the program.
