A 6-month Emerging Leader Program for up to 8-10 people is available to prepare your organization for growth or succession planning. It includes 6 monthly workshops on topics critical to emerging leader and 6 monthly coaching sessions. Each participant will develop and present their own personal leadership model at the completion of the program.
