Chris is an Executive and Leadership Coach with 30-years of experience in Senior and Executive management in the non-profit and government sectors. Chris’s coaching experience includes executive and leadership coaching for C-suite and Senior leaders as well as high potential emerging leaders; talent development and training; and change management and transition planning and implementation.
Chris has graduate degrees in Community Psychology and Organizational Leadership as well as a Certificate in Executive Coaching from iCoachNY and the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, as well as an ACC Credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a Social + Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach® and ACE Coach Accelerator Enhanced Practitioner™.

She is a frequent presenter at conferences presenting on management and leadership development topics including emotional intelligence, strengthening your leadership skillset, motivation, and various leadership styles.
Chris and her husband love to travel and she expresses her creativity by trying new recipes and cooking for friends and family. Her guilty pleasure is getting lost in a historical fiction novel or a new cookbook.
