Hi I'm Chris.  I'm an Executive and Leadership Coach with 30-years of experience in Senior and Executive management in the non-profit and government sectors. My coaching experience includes executive and leadership coaching for C-suite and Senior leaders as well as high potential emerging leaders; talent development and training; and change management and transition planning and implementation.

I have graduate degrees in Community Psychology and Organizational Leadership as well as a Certificate in Executive Coaching from iCoachNY and the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, as well as an ACC Credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a Social + Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach® and ACE Coach Accelerator Enhanced Practitioner™.

I bring to each client relationship experience in coaching, training and supervising leaders of various levels in the corporate, non-profit and entrepreneurial worlds. My unique combination of clinical, management, talent development and coaching credentials enable me to coach with an emphasis on leveraging your strengths and changing those behaviors that are impacting your success.

I enjoy being a frequent presenter at conferences presenting on management and leadership development topics including emotional intelligence, strengthening your leadership skillset, motivation, and various leadership styles.

My husband and I love to travel and I express my creativity by trying new recipes and cooking for friends and family. My guilty pleasure is getting lost in a historical fiction novel or a new cookbook.
