Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others. However, our discussions are not privileged for legal purposes. The privilege of confidentiality that exists for the clergy, therapists and attorneys is not granted to coaching professionals. That said, the content of coaching is confidential. If your employer is sponsoring your coaching, then they may request information regarding the process, such as whether you have attended your scheduled sessions, how many sessions we have had, etc. Even with an employer sponsor, your personal information will always be protected.
