• Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile® —as a SEIP Certified Coach®, I can provide this data driven web-based assessment on either an individual or 360 feedback basis.  SEIP® coaching includes access to the tool, a debriefing session and 2 additional coaching sessions to identify and develop goals to help you improve your Social and Emotional Intelligence. 
• Management Training Workshops—Individual training on a variety of topics or one developed for your specific needs.  Content is didactic and interactive and customized to your audience
• Keynote and Panel presentations—Keynote and panel presentations on leadership designed to enhance your conference or event.
